In fact, I was born in Tibet and brought up in
India, but I never ever have had a thought of being Chinese rather than a
little Tibet-Indian boy who is grown up with dal and rice, even not in my
dream. Tibet was an independent country before Chinese occupied it in early
1959. Tibetan people would never accept that "Tibet is a part of
China" but we are a historical neighborhood, even Wuhan city itself is not
much far from my birthplace, Amdo, Machu. It is located within 2000km radius
from Wuhan main city.
Wuhan is the capital city of Hubei province in
China. It is the largest city in Hubei and the most populous city in central
China. It has also become one of the areas promoting modern industrial change.
Wuhan consists of three national development zones; four scientific and
technological development parks and over 350 research institutes and
pharmaceuticals and biotechnologies. Wuhan possesses strong economic and
regional advantages. It connects the east with west, and channels north to the
south. Links Rivers with seas by means of its developed infrastructure in
water, land and air traffic. Important metropolises in China including Beijing,
Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu and Xi'an are all within a few hundred kilometers
from Wuhan city. It has a major transportation hub, with dozens of railways,
roads and expressways passing through the city and connecting to other major
cities and world countries by air.
Wuhan city is the birthplace of the so-called
Coronavirus which is what I called bioweapon of Wuhan, China. The intentionally
made bioweapon is the worst and deadliest disaster challenge for the world after World War Two. A novel respiratory virus that organized, tested,
and originated from Wuhan laboratory, China. It initially propagated in the name
of a natural disease like common cold by keeping the dark secret of its
ultimate aim and objective to the world as a bioweapon, especially targeted to
the developed countries like US, UK, Russia including India, which also
gives tremendous side effects to the some developed countries like Italy,
France and Spain in very badly from the reaching process to achieve their
targeted countries. It was outbreak last December to the world but nobody
knows the exact manufacturing date and has spread to six continents and people
all around the world. The loss of a loved one's life and economic crisis were
never be compensated by the means of Chinese thousands of lies.
With this "Seeking truth from facts' ' the
failure of Xi's diplomacy is the ignition spark of how Chinese people and world
people could overthrow the Chinese Communist Party at the right time. The
most possible three main factors to overthrow this Communist party and help to
change China as a better Democratic government will includes "the voices of
doctors and nurses”, who are the real warriors of this bio war battlefield and their voices towards Chinese government should have value added and it’s their
fundamental rights as well. The second one is the voices of the odd family
members who lost their parents, children and loved ones under this
intentionally made of Chinese virus, it would not be forgettable for all of us.
Of course
Chinese own people herself have an extra responsibility: it’s time to wake up
and do something valuable for their nation which is misleading by some wrong
leaders. They have the power and right to stand up for their own Government as a
better one for themselves and rest of the world.
The failure of Xi's diplomacy consists of four
major fields from many unpredictable consequences. first, the domination of limited news
and media channels. Xi failed to dominate the news and media channels to the
world, indeed, they are expert and have had many world records to keep the dark
secrets to the world. Even to their own lay people in last many decades like
Tiananmen Square. Although there is no open discussion on the great tragedy
"Tiananmen Massacre Protest" of 1989 in China, and there are no
details in school textbooks while the Great Firewall, a government censorship
program, keeps the internet government aligned.
Like the
same thing, the corona virus is another one that they are trying to keep secret
the death toll and massacre of virus infected patients to the world. Even
confusing their own people by propagating fake colorful governmental news, though
the whole world is aware of it. Especially the great Dr. Li Wenliang, a Chinese
ophthalmologist, who worked as a physician at Wuhan Central Hospital. Li warned
his colleagues beginning in December 2019 about a possible outbreak of an
illness, but he became a whistleblower when his warnings were later shared
publicly. On 3rd Jan 2020 Wuhan police summoned and admonished him for
"making false comments on the internet" instead appreciate his social
warning. Dr. Li was forced to sign a police document saying he had
"Seriously disrupted social order" and breached the law before he
returned to work at Wuhan Central Hospital where he died of covid-19 on 7th
Feb. at a very young age was a great loss for China who fought for the truth.
A day
before Dr. Li's death, lawyer Chen whose videos of chaotic scenes in Wuhan
Hospital with coronavirus victims lying in corridors was shared with an
audience of more than 400,000 YouTube and 250,000 Twitter followers went
missing. His family was told the following day he was being held in medical
quarantine at an undisclosed location. Before his disappearance, Mr. Chen
realized police were closing on him and he told his followers ominously:
"As long as I am alive, I will speak about what I have seen and what I
have heard. I am not afraid of dying. Why should I be afraid of you, Communist
Party??" And he vanished days later were some of the best live evidence to
the world from many. There might be many other people who are aware about this
real case of the picture and its source but they are not brave enough like others, who raised their voices under communist party at this critical period.
Xi also failed to narrate the original story by
holding underground hands with the World Health Organization. It was clear to
whole world people that how World Health Organization played the game on this
Chinese paid bioweapon, they might be happy with the high packages received
from China when all delegates traveled to Beijing led by the General Director
Dr. Tedros Adhanom on 28th Jan with no coronavirus data reports to the world,
but the money they received was not worth enough to compensate for the loss of
global human life.
It was well known that WHO first down-played the
threat then tried to cover and eventually it delayed the global response. On
13rd Jan 2020, the Ministry of Public Health, Thailand reported the first
informed case of lab-confirmed novel coronavirus from Wuhan, Chana. But on 14th
Jan 2020 the preliminary investigations conducted by the Chinese authorities
have found no clear evidence of human to human transmission of the novel
coronavirus and WHO bought Chinese fake words to the world and make people more
confused. Who also refuse to brand the outbreak a pandemic by 15th Jan when
coronavirus is reaching borders and there were a trickle of cases in some
countries. But WHO is not declaring the emergency which was fine, but another
month and half went by, the trickle of cases turned into flood at the end of
February, there were cases in every continent but WHO still did not call it a
pandemic. They declared the word “Pandemic” to the world on 11th March later 57
days after the first case was reported outside China and 4000 people already
died and one lakh and eighteen thousand people were infected. A pandemic is the
worldwide spread of a new disease. The WHO should not be late to declare the
word pandemic when any kind of virus is spreading to the other country, since
it helps governments and health systems to prepare for community transmission
protection was the deadliest mistakes done by WHO.
Overconfidence in his leadership power and
blind calculation on economic strategies is another failure of Xi's diplomacy. He never expected that his own people will raise their voices to his government and leak out their information to the world. At same time he was
confident enough to secure the inside information to the rest of the world. He
was faultily thinking that, there is no way to rectify the secrets that he is keeping
within the country to the outside world due to their strict monitoring of
social networks and news channels. Although Xi is always confident enough in
this field of restriction on spreading information while ignoring the new minds of
young generations and educated people. Which
also helps to give us better information about Communist Party and how they
work on the real issues behind the actual screen.
It also gives hard time for
Chinese people themselves who are nowhere to show their beautiful faces in
front of the world people, because of the ugly images made by fake leaders. Like Mr.
Fang's crime was the one example from many to show how Chinese working behind a
screen and limitation of people’s rights in China. He simply posted a video he
had filmed of people dying of the virus and the body bags piled up outside a
hospital clearly overwhelmed by casualties at a time when China insisted that
the virus was under control. It was seen 200,000 times before censors took it
down. One week later on 9th Feb Mr. Fang posted another video after he was
released by police investigation in the early morning and ordering him to stop
spreading "rumours about the virus before confiscating his computer, the
police returned and he hasn't been seen or heard from in the last three
months.
Boosting the Chinese own economy and to
decline the other developed countries' economy was the worst game Xi has played
with this deadly coronavirus. In fact, many developed countries are
facing an economic crisis as China has targeted but he cannot boost his own
economic pace as he was expecting since many countries started returning back
the Chinese equipment and many even not trust on their products as a safety
basis. Their boosting economy became a daydream instead world people starting
losing far more trust on made in China and heavily criticized. Many countries
rejected Chinese-made equipment (PPE). A number of European governments have
rejected Chinese-made equipment designed to combat the corona virus outbreak.
Thousands of testing kits and medical masks are below standard or defective
according to authorities of Spain, Turkey and the Netherlands.
Dutch officials said that the masks did not fit
and that their filters did not work as intended, even though they had quality
certificates and many decided not to use any of shipments from China even
Nepal's Ministry of Health and Population has given restrictions on use of
covid-19 diagnostic kit imported from China.
Last but not the least; now, it’s time to change
the old dated system and global ethics have some real meaning. The novel
Coronavirus is the only one tragedy from many of the dark secrets within China.
We should be ready to expect many more unexpected surprises from China unless
we are not able to make some changes into Communist Government system as a
whole. This Bioweapon is the live lesson to many world governments who are keen
for their billion-plus dollar business with China and ignoring the true meaning
of ethics, though they may deplore China’s human rights violation in
general.
